Terms of Service

Cartalyst Growth · Last updated: 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Cartalyst Growth. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if something here is unclear, write and ask before you agree to it.

1. Who provides the service

Cartalyst Growth is operated by Robert Afanasiev, a registered sole proprietor under the law of Ukraine (фізична особа-підприємець Афанасьєв Роберт Олегович), entered in the Unified State Register of Ukraine on 12 September 2026 under record number 2011600000000118060, registered at 10 Olhiivska St., apt. 10, Odesa, 65029, Ukraine ("we", "us"). Contact: robertafanasyevv@gmail.com.

2. What the service does

Cartalyst Growth connects to a Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising account that you own or are authorised to manage, reads its performance data, and presents analysis of it. It can also create advertising campaigns — but only when a person explicitly confirms a specific campaign in the interface.

3. What we will and will not do inside your ad account

4. Your account with us

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself and for what the people you invite into your company account do. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has access who should not.

The service is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose advertising account you connect.

5. Your responsibilities for the advertising itself

You remain the advertiser. That means:

We will refuse or stop anything we believe puts your account at risk, but the absence of a refusal from us is not approval of your advertising.

6. We do not promise advertising results

The service analyses data and suggests decisions. It does not guarantee sales, leads, reach, cost per result, or any other outcome. Forecasts shown in the product are estimates with stated uncertainty, not commitments — and where the data is thin, the product is meant to say so rather than invent a number.

Money spent on advertising is spent by you, in your ad account, under a daily cap you set.

7. Data from Meta, and Meta's own rules

The advertising data comes from Meta's Marketing API. We depend on it: if Meta changes, restricts or breaks something, parts of the service can stop working through no fault of either of us. Your use of Meta's platform is also governed by Meta's own terms, which we cannot alter.

8. Availability

The service is offered as it is, with no guaranteed uptime. We run it carefully, we watch for failures, and we fix them — but this is not a service with a contractual availability level, and you should not build a process around the assumption that it is always reachable.

9. Fees

Any fee, and when it starts, is agreed with you directly in writing before it applies. There are no automatic charges and no charges you have not agreed to.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profit, lost advertising budget, lost data or indirect damage arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability for intentional harm or for anything the law does not permit us to limit.

11. Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete everything — see Data Deletion. You can also revoke our access to your ad account from your side at any moment, without telling us first.

We may suspend access if the service is used to break the law or Meta's policies, or in a way that endangers other customers' data. We will say why.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date at the top and announce material changes inside the product before they take effect. If you disagree with a change, stop using the service and ask for deletion — that is a complete answer and needs no negotiation.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
